Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • Exceptions: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • Standard Shipping: ₹50 or free on orders above ₹999. Delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: ₹150. Delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. The rates and delivery time vary depending on the destination. The estimated delivery is 7-21 business days. Please contact customer service for more specific details.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the email or by visiting our website and logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.
  • International shipping may be subject to customs regulations and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Lost Packages

In the event of shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, etc.), we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
